We value our privacy and yours as well. When you sign up for our store, it will save your necessary information include name and address, phone and email. You can also choose to store your credit card information, if you desire. This is all for your convenience, to make the reordering process as seamless as possible, and also gives us the opportunity to contact you directly for any issues regarding your order. All of your information is kept confidential, and all credit card transactions are encrypted.
No one wants extra junk mail or spam! With that in mind, there are 2 different types of emails you may receive from us. One is a weekly reminder that a new ordering period has started for the online store, and the other is our newsletter to keep you up to date with all the current happenings. Please note that when you register you may opt out of these email notifications.
Terms Of Service
Each order placed through the online store is a legally enforceable contract. We understand that you may wish to cancel an order and this option is available to you, but only during the open ordering period on our online storefront: Heavens Harvest Grocery Delivery. Please do not contact any of our contributing producers directly to cancel an order. If you do experience any ordering issues, please email us at info@heavensharvestfarm.com.
Our goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality fruits and vegetables, baked goods, snacks and cleaning products. We require all of our producers to deliver market-grade products and many of the products offered on the store are USDA certified Organic and Non-GMO. We appreciate your understanding that the fruits and vegetables you receive may not look “perfect” due to the fact that pesticides or herbicides are not used. They may be ugly, but they will still be nutritious and super delicious.
Your order will be delivered right to your door the following Friday or Saturday after your order is placed.
